Fix Your Emails Going To Spam

Patrick de Waal Patrick de Waal · Last updated May 14

If you watched the video and thought:

“Yeah… I'm pretty sure this is happening to us.”

Then this is the simple version of what I can do for you.

No sales call needed.

No big pitch.

No complicated proposal.

Just the offer, written out clearly, so you can decide if you want me to fix it for you.

Here's the situation

You're running traffic. Leads are coming in. Your funnel used to work better than it does now.

But somewhere along the way, email started pulling less weight.

Maybe open rates dropped. Maybe clicks slowed down. Maybe sales from email feel weaker than they should.

Or maybe you checked and saw the worst version of it:

your emails are landing in Spam or Promotions instead of where people actually see them.

When that happens, it's easy to blame the ads. Or the offer. Or the leads.

And sometimes those are the problem.

But a lot of the time, the funnel is not actually broken.

It's just not being seen.

That's what I help fix.

What I do

I go into your email setup and look for the things that are hurting deliverability.

That can include things like:

Some of this is technical. Some of it is strategic. Some of it is just knowing where to look and what not to touch.

The point is not to make you understand every tiny deliverability detail.

The point is to find what's stopping your emails from being seen, fix what needs fixing, and show you what changed.

Why this matters

If your emails are going to Spam, every other part of the funnel gets harder to judge.

Your ads might be fine. Your lead magnet might be fine. Your offer might be fine.

But if the follow-up emails are not reaching people, the funnel never gets a fair shot.

So instead of rebuilding everything, it often makes more sense to ask:

“Are people even seeing the emails we already wrote?”

That's the question I help answer.

And if the answer is no, I help fix it.

What happens after you buy

Once you sign the agreement and pay the first half, I'll ask for the access I need.

Usually that includes your ESP, domain/DNS settings, and Google Postmaster Tools if you have it set up.

Then I'll run the audit.

I'll check where your emails are landing. I'll look at your technical setup. I'll review the health of the list and sending patterns. I'll check for obvious issues in your emails, automations, subject lines, and unsubscribe flow.

Then I'll start fixing the things that are actually causing the problem.

Not random best practices. Not “try this and hope.”

The actual stuff that is most likely hurting your inbox placement.

What's included

Here's what I may work on, depending on what I find:

Not every account needs every single thing. That's why I start with the audit.

The goal is not to do busywork.

The goal is to get your emails out of Spam and back in front of people.

A quick example

One recent client had emails getting buried in Promotions.

Nothing dramatic changed on the outside. Same list. Same funnel. Same offer.

But after we fixed the deliverability issues, her emails started landing in Primary again.

That meant people could actually see the emails she was already sending.

And that's the part most people miss.

Sometimes the fastest win is not a new funnel. It's getting the current funnel seen again.

Who this is for

This is probably a fit if:

This is probably not a fit if:

I can help improve inbox placement. I can help fix the things hurting deliverability.

But I can't promise a specific amount of revenue, because that depends on your offer, list, funnel, traffic, and sales process too.

How payment works

The total investment is $1,500. It's split into two parts:

$750
upfront This starts the project.
$750
once it's fixed Due once we hit the agreed inbox placement result.

“Fixed” means your emails are no longer consistently landing in Spam according to the inbox placement testing method in the agreement.

In simple terms:

If I get you out of Spam, you pay the second half.

If I don't, you don't.

And if we don't hit the agreed result within the project window, I refund the upfront payment too.

The agreement explains the exact success metric so there's no guessing on either side.

One important thing

Deliverability is not only about technical setup. It also depends on sending behavior.

So while I'll handle the audit and fixes, I do need you to cooperate.

That means giving access quickly, not changing things behind the scenes, not sending to bad lists, and following the sending guidelines we agree on.

Nothing crazy. Just the basics that make sure the work has a fair chance to actually work.

Why I only take one at a time

This is not something I want to rush through or hand off.

When I work on deliverability, I want to actually look at the account properly.

So I only take one of these at a time.

That way I can focus on the audit, the fixes, the testing, and the follow-up without juggling five accounts at once.

I'm still a small operation. That's part of the reason I can keep this personal. And it's also why I don't open a lot of slots at the same time.

What to do next

If you already know this is a problem and you want me to handle it, the next step is simple:

After you sign, you'll be taken to the Stripe payment page for the first $750.

Once that's paid, I'll collect access and start the audit.

No call needed. No long onboarding. No big sales process.

Just:

  1. sign the agreement
  2. pay the first half
  3. send access
  4. I start fixing the issue

Patrick

P.S. If you're still not sure what's causing the problem, watch the video first or book the call and we can look at it together.

But if you already know your emails are landing in Spam and you'd rather skip the call, this is the direct path to get it handled.
